Fitness Classes

Our outdoor bootcamp style fitness classes are fun and furious. We use a variety of equipment including battle ropes, kettle bells, TRX and medicine balls that work and tone the whole body.

Body Transformation Programme

We offer a highly successful Trim, Tone and Transformation program (TTT). This is an 8 week exercise and healthy eating plan that will challenge your relationship with food positively, and encourage a lifestyle change.

Online Training

We offer an on-line membership package, which includes weekly HIITs, workouts of the week and a monthly yoga session. It also includes a huge catalogue of delicious and nutritious recipes and snacks to compliment your training.

From Live Facebook Hiit workouts to our Burn In The Park outdoor fitness classes to Online Fitness Membership, The Fitness Link has a workout for you.

Healthy eating is a lifestyle choice. There is No Diet. We help people learn what to eat and when to eat it.

Today is the halfway point in my 8 week TTT journey. The biggest bonus so far is probably that my chocolate habit has finally been conquered and I no longer eat it every day! After 6 months of following the Fitness Link and completing the TTT programme, I went to the doctor for a check up yesterday. Total weight loss confirmed as 20kgs or 3.15 stones. I have been taking blood pressure medication for the last 8 years - not any more! I no longer have to take BP medication - all thanks to Lucy, JP and the Fitness Link!

I enjoyed doing my HIIT workouts at home and varied the week with a couple of bootcamps too. The thing is you don't have to be a fitness guru or a size 8 to do the workouts. You can work to your own ability and strength and believe me each week you will be able to achieve that little bit more. By week 8 I was doing advanced levels.
