With a combination of 40 years in the fitness industry JP and Lucy are passionate about health and fitness, are driven to succeed and to ultimately get you the results you have always wanted.

The Fitness Link is here for you, our aim is to get you living a  healthier life style that you can maintain.  Starting out is easy, making it a routine is the hard part.  We have a range of exciting and different group exercise classes that are suited to all abilities.  These classes will challenge you and keep you coming back for more.  Each class is different  and unique so your body doesn't know what's coming next, which maintains your focus and fitness levels.

We have a great community spirit within our classes, and find our members are always motivating each other and bouncing off each other,  in a fun and comfortable environment.

We have a great social media presence where we post many articles that help you with nutrition, healthy eating and exercise ideas.  We run regular polls on whats important to you, then we do live chats where we discuss these things.

What keeps us motivated is seeing all our clients, training hard, eating well and keeping  that 80% good 20% not so good.... balance.  We are always on hand for advice and information.

Today is the halfway point in my 8 week TTT journey. The biggest bonus so far is probably that my chocolate habit has finally been conquered and I no longer eat it every day! So far, my weight is down by 10 lbs and people are starting to notice, which is a great motivator. Looking forward to seeing more changes over the coming weeks. Thanks for your support JP & Lucy!

After 6 months of following the Fitness Link and completing the TTT programme, I went to the doctor for a check up yesterday. Total weight loss confirmed as 20kgs or 3.15 stones. I have been taking blood pressure medication for the last 8 years - not any more! I no longer have to take BP medication - all thanks to Lucy, JP and the Fitness Link!

I enjoyed doing my HIIT workouts at home and varied the week with a couple of bootcamps too. The thing is you don't have to be a fitness guru or a size 8 to do the workouts. You can work to your own ability and strength and believe me each week you will be able to achieve that little bit more. By week 8 I was doing advanced levels.
