The coaching and support you receive during the challenge is vital in keeping you motivated, accountable and helps you with decision making. You will have a private Facebook group with your coaches and challengers.
With the challenge you have to complete a minimum of 3 classes a week with us. We cater for all abilities, vary every class and make surer you have fun whilst getting fit.
The key to the nutrition is to keep it simple and tasty. All the recipes are easy to cook, family friendly and healthy! We are always there to give advice and variations if needed.
The 28 day challenge is made up of 3 main components...Nutrition, Exercise and Coaching. The nutrition is about healthy eating and focusing on “what to eat and when to eat it.” The exercise focuses on fat burning workouts whilst building lean muscle. Lastly and most importantly, the coaching is there to support and motivate you through the programme.
